Annual Fund News

**You now have the option to make a recurring Paypal contribution!**

If you have not already done so, please help us bridge the gap between our funding and the costs to creating a joyful and exciting learning community for your children. We have currently raised about $1700 and based on pledges, that number should rise.

Our state funding is approximately half that of the average per pupil cost in your local public school and we receive no district funds at all.  Your donations are used to supplement our budget for classroom supplies, books, furniture, technology, and the necessities such as maintenance, substitutes, and professional development.

We are asking each family to support the Annual Fund with at least $250.00

This equates to $25.00 per month, beginning in September and running through the end of the school year.  You can find the pledge form by clicking here.

You can also make your donation by visiting our website https://polarischarterschool.org/support-us/  and clicking on the ‘Donate’ button. This will direct you to our secure Paypal site.

Polaris Charter School is a 501c3 non-profit so your donation is tax deductible.  Receipts for donations are sent out electronically at the end of the calendar year.  Please contact us if you require other arrangements.

Our Morning Gathering

We began our week by listening to the song Nothing More:

We are love
We are one
We are how we treat each other when the day is done
We are peace
We are war
We are how we treat each other and nothing more

Alternate Routes: Nothing More

We also worked on practicing some of our songs that we sing each morning.  One of them was “If I had a Hammer.”
